Returns

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We will take of your case personally.

We accept returns and exchanges for orders from www.foxthemaker.com if you contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 100 days of delivery.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and item should be returned in it's original packing for further use. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The characteristics of the products are indicated in the description of each product. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the color tone of the items in the online store may not correspond to the actual color tone of the goods, due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the buyer.

To return your kits, please send us e-mail to info@foxthemaker.com, indicating order number, item code, name, quantity and the reason of returning.

The returned goods must be in the same packaging as they was on the receiving client. If this is not observed, the amount of refundable funds to the customer is reduced by the extent to which the customer has caused damage to the product (dirty, damaged, lost any component of the product, etc.).

We cannot accept returns of custom orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
